RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a management position responsible for the efficient and effective functioning of the unit/service area including day to day operations, quality care, inter-disciplinary team functioning and client/family satisfaction. Provides input to program planning and responsible for implementation of program principles and standards. |

Skills:

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in a health-related discipline required, preferably in Nursing.
Current registration with CARNA and/or appropriate professional licensing college.
Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant clinical experience required. Experience in a supervisory/leadership capacity preferred along with experience in a managerial role |
