Job Description:
Our client, a local construction company, is currently looking for an Intermediate level Business Unit Coordinator to join their team. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating and managing the flow of information that assists the organization in serving customers internally and externally. Activities include, but are not limited to: customer profile set-up, job and project costing, timely billing, product knowledge, full cycle A/R and A/R reconciliations, and collection of outstanding accounts.
Qualifications:
The suitable candidate should have proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Internet, and Email. Knowledge of Simply Accounting would be considered an asset. Must be able to deal with diverse clientele, possess accounting knowledge, be capable of problem solving and have strong interpersonal communication skills.
Wage/Hours:
Hours are Monday to Friday from 8-5pm. Salary will be dependent upon skills and experience. Benefits and other incentives also available.
